It's like they couldn't figure out how to end it and just said "frick it." ETA: I thought they did a really great job of making the actual attack scene pretty realistic looking. But man those last few minutes just turned me off completely. And up until the end, I thought it was a really good movie.
No really, in the end you care a lot about a damn bird. Plus, theres a great supporting turn from a gull. Coming in I wasnt sure Blake Lively could carry a movie, but she steps up big time here. A love that started with Jaws, and this is a surprisingly good entry into the genre.
